Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bernardsville Car Wash. We appreciate your business and trust in our staff. As part of our commitment to clear and consistent communication with our Members and Guests, we have established the following Refund Policy to outline the terms and conditions governing refunds.

Refund Limitation

Bernardsville Car Wash has a refund limitation in place, which restricts the issuance of refunds for payment activity exceeding 3 months in the past. This means that we will not provide refunds for any payment activity that occurred more than three months prior to the date of your refund request. Any transaction beyond the 3-month time frame will not be reviewed for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund within the 3-month limit, the following criteria must be met:

1.     Valid Reason: You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as a technical issue with our services or a billing error.  Non use of service/access does not constitute a billing error.

2.     Contacting Support: You are required to contact the store manager to report the issue and seek a resolution before requesting a refund. Our support team will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and resolve the issue promptly.

3.     Request Timing: Your refund request must be made within 3 months of the date of the original payment. We will not entertain refund requests for payment beyond this timeframe.

4.     Proof of Purchase: You must be able to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or transaction ID, when submitting your refund request. This is to validate your claim and verify the payment history.

Exclusions from Refunds

Please be aware that certain circumstances may not be eligible for refunds and are at management’s discretion, regardless of timing. These may include but are not limited to: inclement weather, mechanical issues, or early closures.

       Refunds will not be issued if a member has used their Bernardsville Car Wash membership during their current billing cycle.

       No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.

       Bernardsville Car Wash does NOT refund a single wash service unless the service was not provided. If you are unsatisfied with your wash, you can request a rewash BEFORE YOU LEAVE the car wash.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 3-month limit, please follow these steps:

Contact Support:

       Visit your local Bernardsville Car Wash location and speak with the manager on duty or email us at support@bvillecarwash.com.

Processing Time:

       We will review your request and aim to process it within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete the evaluation.

Bernardsville Car Wash reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at our discretion.
